Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Julius Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damian Kmiec (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, 2pac - All Eyez On Me. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Damian Kmiec!
The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Michael Johnstone and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kmiec closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Jackson to the mat! Jackson manages to get full guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Kmiec won't allow Jackson to get back to his feet.
Jackson is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Kmiec sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Kmiec missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

Kmiec not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Jackson is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jackson scores with a nice hook to the head.
Kmiec is pushing Jackson up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Jackson lands a left hand that snaps the head of Kmiec backwards.

Jackson misses with a punch to the body.
Kmiec blocks a body shot from Jackson.
Kmiec pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Jackson throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Kmiec counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Jackson!

Kmiec tries to move into full mount but can't pass Jackson's legs.
Jackson holds on to Kmiec's head and controls the position momentarily.
Jackson takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Kmiec has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Kmiec tries for a kimura but Jackson is defending well.

Kmiec stands up and beckons Jackson to his feet.
Some wild striking there from Kmiec.
Kmiec shoots for a double leg takedown but Jackson sprawls well. He's pushed Kmiec's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Jackson lands a nice hook to Kmiec's body. Kmiec takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Jackson connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Jackson scores with a hook to the body. Kmiec takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kmiec loses concentration momentarily and Jackson pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Kmiec crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Jackson finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Julius Jackson!
A less than humble Julius Jackson misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
