Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Batongbakal takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Batongbakal uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Twos.
Twos will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
We've been hearing reports that Batongbakal has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Twos misses with a double jab.
Batongbakal changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.

The referee asks Batongbakal politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Batongbakal prefers to stall for the moment though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Twos tries to control but Batongbakal manages to take his back.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Twos wants to get back to his feet but Batongbakal is dominant here and he's now got Twos's back!

Beeboy Batongbakal overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Twos rolls, trying to escape but Batongbakal keeps control of the position.
A bit of a pause in the action here. Batongbakal controlling the positon.

That was a close second round but I would say that Beeboy Batongbakal will probably get the nod.

Twos bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Batongbakal's head.

so Batongbakal counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Batongbakal won't allow Twos to sweep him here.
Twos is looking to stand back up but Batongbakal counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Twos.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Batongbakal fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Twos to the ground. Batongbakal is now in Twos's guard.
Batongbakal slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Batongbakal stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Twos swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Batongbakal seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
