Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

9 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Zhelin Li!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Li shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Westbrook napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Westbrook can't do much from the bottom here.
Westbrook manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Westbrook is concentrating on defense, preventing Li from advancing position.
Li content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Westbrook is looking for a sweep. Li is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Li seems to be working for a kimura but Westbrook defends the submission attempt.

Li changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Westbrook tries to avoid it but Li manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Westbrook to the ground. Westbrook escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Westbrook throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Westbrook pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Li back to the cage. Westbrook follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Westbrook fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Li looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Li moves in looking to clinch but Westbrook pushes him off.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Westbrook misses with a straight left.
Li drops his hands for a split second and Westbrook immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Li face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Westbrook follows up with a right hand that knocks Li into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
