Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Antonio Weiss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vincent De Hazard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vincent De Hazard has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Antonio Weiss's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Antonio Weiss! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Vincent De Hazard! The judges for this bout are Ron Honeybunn, Ben Watson and Chris Dean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! De Hazard tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. De Hazard looks to land a body kick but Weiss moved away. De Hazard closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - De Hazard lands in his opponent's guard. De Hazard is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Weiss managing to control the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Weiss is trying to control the position from the bottom.

That's one minute gone in the round. Weiss has his foot on De Hazard's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. De Hazard works his way back into a safe position though. De Hazard would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. De Hazard throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Weiss works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. De Hazard closes the distance and clinches. De Hazard breaks the clinch.
De Hazard decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with De Hazard in particular looking to stall. De Hazard tries to pass to full mount but Weiss defends it. De Hazard not doing much here.

That's three minutes gone in the round. De Hazard is controlling the pace.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. De Hazard stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Weiss to get to his feet. De Hazard forces Weiss back against the cage and clinches.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. De Hazard has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Weiss avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. De Hazard is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Weiss has clasped his hands together around De Hazard's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. De Hazard bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet! Vincent De Hazard seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. De Hazard stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Weiss throws a lazy head kick so De Hazard counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Weiss working a defensive guard here.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! De Hazard works a leg free and moves into half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Vincent De Hazard dominated that round. That's time! Weiss's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
De Hazard shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Weiss pinned against the cage. Weiss gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. De Hazard shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Weiss napping and manages to drive through into side control! De Hazard staying calm. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. De Hazard is putting a hurting on Weiss here, landing some big shots from side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. De Hazard working the ground and pound but Weiss is defending the strikes. Weiss tries to bench press De Hazard off him but De Hazard keeps the position. A lull in the action here. Weiss taking punishment in the form of punches.
De Hazard landing strikes. Weiss is trying to control De Hazard's posture but De Hazard avoids it. De Hazard looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
That's two minutes gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Weiss's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. De Hazard tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no De Hazard has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! De Hazard tries to advance to mount but can't. Weiss struggling a bit here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Weiss's face as De Hazard controls the position. De Hazard working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. De Hazard is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Weiss is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Weiss is trying to get back to his feet. Weiss managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by De Hazard.
De Hazard is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Weiss's shoulder. That is not cool. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Vincent De Hazard showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
De Hazard rushes Weiss and presses him up against the cage. De Hazard tries a body shot but Weiss blocks it.

De Hazard has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Weiss stopping the sweep attempt from De Hazard. De Hazard controls Weiss momentarily but Weiss frees himself. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. De Hazard working for a triangle but Weiss defends it easily.

Weiss swings around for an armbar but De Hazard sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Weiss's guard. De Hazard trying to stand up but can't free himself from Weiss's guard. De Hazard works a leg free and moves into half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. De Hazard is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Weiss doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time De Hazard. De Hazard moves into full mount! Weiss won't be happy about that! Weiss is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. De Hazard tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for De Hazard. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man. De Hazard raining down hammerfists from mount. De Hazard throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Weiss has his hands clasped together but De Hazard breaks the hold and Weiss is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by De Hazard!
