Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Keimah Animai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thomas Clawnes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clawnes has chosen My name is MUD as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Keimah Animai! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
14 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Thomas Clawnes! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Clawnes throws a leg kick enabling Animai to counter with a crisp jab. Clawnes scores with a jab. Animai acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
It looks like Keimah Animai has been cut. Clawnes lands a body shot.
Clawnes swings for the body but Animai moves out of range.
Clawnes missing with a left hand there. Animai was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Clawnes misses the shot to the body. Clawnes is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Animai. Thomas Clawnes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Animai has closed the distance and engaged Clawnes in a clinch.
Animai pushes Clawnes back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Clawnes misses with a punch on the inside.
Animai breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Clawnes blocks a head kick by Animai.
Clawnes throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
letting Animai counter with a right hand. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Clawnes throws a front kick aimed at Animai's knee but Animai avoids it well. Clawnes connects with a nice looking jab.
Animai throws a head kick but Clawnes moves out of range.
Animai connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Clawnes momentarily.
Animai closes the distance and pushes Clawnes back into the cage. Animai breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Clawnes lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Clawnes tries to bum rush Animai with a series of wild strikes but Animai uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Animai fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
That's one minute gone in the round. Clawnes waves his right hand out in front of him, looking to distract Animai. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Animai to the canvas! Can he finish him!?
Animai is rocked! Clawnes postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Animai covers up, he's hurt! Clawnes keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Clawnes and the ref steps in to end the fight! Clawnes can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Thomas Clawnes! An out of breath and clearly excited Thomas Clawnes thanked Spartan Nutrition for their help and support (and free stuff they sent him).
