Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Anton Mirc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gus Spencer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Topper Green and Francis DeMontford.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spencer throws a lazy uppercut
and Mirc counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Mirc connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Spencer connects with a crisp jab.
It looks like Anton Mirc has been cut.
Spencer uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Mirc.
A big left from Spencer misses.
Mirc throws a lazy head kick
and Spencer counters with a straight right hand.
Spencer looks to land a right hand but Mirc moved out of range.
Mirc swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Spencer throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Mirc sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Mirc pushes Spencer away with a front kick.
Mirc throws a nice outside leg kick.
Mirc with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A nice inside leg kick there by Mirc. That's going to slow Spencer down.
Mirc misses with a hook. Spencer ducked under it nicely.

We've been told by Mirc's head coaches at Madz **21 Elite coaches** that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Mirc uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Spencer.
Spencer tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Spencer throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Mirc counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Spencer throws an overhand right that lands on Mirc's shoulder, as Mirc tries to avoid the shot.
A combination from Spencer does no damage.
Mirc fires out a quick counter leg kick but Spencer just manages to avoid it.

Spencer throws a hook but Mirc blocks it.

Spencer might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Spencer throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Spencer tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Mirc was well out of range. Poor timing from Spencer.

It seemed like Spencer was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Mirc misses with an uppercut.
Good standup being displayed there by Mirc as he connects with a hook.
Mirc lands a nice leg kick that just misses Spencer's sensitive parts.
Mirc closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Mirc catches Spencer with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

And an attempted straight right on the counter from Spencer! But no joy.

Spencer throws a hook to the side of Mirc's head but Mirc sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Mirc steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Spencer.
Mirc thows a left - swing and a miss!
Spencer slips a straight right by Mirc.
Spencer throws a good cross that connects.
Spencer waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Mirc.
Spencer looks to land a left hand but Mirc moved out of range nicely.
Spencer looks to land a combination but Mirc avoids it well.

Mirc throws a leg kick which misses Spencer's front leg but catches the back leg as Spencer tries to avoid it.
Spencer ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Mirc takes a shot right to the bread basket.
A head kick misses from Mirc.
Spencer just misses with a punch to the body.
As Spencer looks to move away, Mirc throws a big counter combo bu Spencer just gets out of the way.
Spencer cracks Mirc with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Spencer missing with a left hand there. Mirc was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Spencer misses the jab.
Spencer misses with a two punch combination.
Mirc fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Spencer throws a body shot but no joy.
Mirc throws an overhand right that lands on Spencer's shoulder, as Spencer tries to avoid the shot.
Mirc misses with a body shot.
Mirc takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Spencer looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
We've been informed that Spencer has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.

A nice leg kick lands there from Mirc.
Spencer paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Spencer throws a hook but Mirc avoids it easily.
That kick from Mirc tenderised Spencer's leg. Spencer is trying to keep his angry face on.
Spencer stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Mirc.
No joy there for Spencer, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Spencer lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Mirc backs up against the cage.
Mirc is rocked!
Mirc ducks into an uppercut from Spencer and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!
