Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between dequavius brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Kildahl (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kildahl is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Sound of Madness. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, dequavius brown! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sam Kildahl! The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Alyssa Summers and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kildahl walks into a jab. Kildahl fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Kildahl shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. brown wants to control but Kildahl is having none of it. Kildahl tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. brown tries to lock up and control but Kildahl gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Kildahl blocks brown's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom. brown tries to get back to half guard but can't. Kildahl stands up from mount. Strange move. brown stuffs the takedown attempt from Kildahl. Kildahl gets slowly back to his feet. brown shoots and misses and Kildahl decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in brown's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kildahl seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. brown is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Kildahl drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but brown manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Kildahl has brown in his guard. Kildahl looks gassed! brown trying to control the position from guard on top but Kildahl is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Kildahl is trying to keep brown in close.
Kildahl looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
brown loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. brown trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Kildahl controls brown momentarily but brown frees himself. brown wants to stand and escape but instead Kildahl has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kildahl tries to stand but brown is controlling from the bottom. Kildahl controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Kildahl tries to free his leg and advance position but brown is retaining full guard. brown wants to sweep here but Kildahl controlling him for the moment.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. brown shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Kildahl's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. brown wants to control from the top but Kildahl keeps moving. brown is fighting to break Kildahl's control of his arms but Kildahl is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. brown could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. brown wants to control from the top but Kildahl keeps moving. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Kildahl is on top in guard.

Sam Kildahl dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
brown with a poor takedown and Kildahl counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Kildahl. Kildahl on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
brown takes an elbow to the temple. Kildahl will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning brown up against the cage. brown tries to break the clinch but Kildahl is controlling the position. Kildahl tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Kildahl tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. brown just stands there and leans against the cage. Kildahl prevents brown from breaking the clinch. Kildahl pulls brown into guard.
Kildahl has brown pulled in close to control his posture. brown drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Kildahl dives on top into guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. brown keeping full guard, as Kildahl tries to pass. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Kildahl works a leg free and moves into half guard. brown pushes Kildahl off looking to stand but Kildahl dives back in and keeps control.
Kildahl content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Kildahl is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. brown doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Kildahl. brown is trying to maintain the position but Kildahl is very close to passing his half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Kildahl controlling the pace. brown trying to control but Kildahl postures up.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Kildahl lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. brown wants to improve his position but Kildahl is controlling well.

Kildahl gets to mount! brown was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. A nice elbow there by Kildahl.

Sam Kildahl showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Kildahl content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. brown has hold of Kildahl's hands but Kildahl slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. brown wants to improve his position but Kildahl is controlling well.

That's one minute gone in the round. Kildahl is thwarting brown's attempts to control the position. Kildahl prevents brown from improving his position. Kildahl stalling. brown is trying to maintain the position but Kildahl is very close to passing his half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Kildahl decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. Nice sprawl there from brown as Kildahl shoots in. Kildahl throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around brown's waist but brown gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kildahl off to one side. brown shoots and misses and Kildahl counters with a stiff right hand. brown drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. brown avoids the strikes from the bottom by Kildahl. Kildahl is looking for a sweep. brown stands up and beckons Kildahl to his feet. brown gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Kildahl counters with a takedown into side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kildahl is looking to take a break and control but brown is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. brown gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. brown trying to control from the bottom.
Kildahl is figuring out what he wants to do next. Kildahl has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Kildahl pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Kildahl content just to control the position here.
And that's the end of the fight! Sam Kildahl comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Kildahl winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
