Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Felix Lora (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jay Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Felix Lora! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jay Silva! The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Winston Alpacca and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lora drives through and clinches with Silva against the cage.
Lora turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Silva manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Lora with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Silva is not content to let Lora control the position. Silva is looking for a sweep. Lora is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Silva avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Lora. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Silva is looking to improve his position.

That's one minute gone in the round. Lora working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Silva has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Lora is working away from the top position though. Silva is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Silva is trying to control but can't.
Lora is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Lora seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Silva fails with an attempt to clinch.
Lora tries to counter with a takedown but Silva is quick to defend against it. Lora fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Silva avoids it really well and circles away. Silva is looking to score with low kicks. Silva tries to clinch but Lora is having none of it. Silva misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Lora goes for a double leg but Silva avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Silva continues to drive forward. Nice sprawl there from Silva as Lora shoots in. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Felix Lora. That's going to take a lot out of him. Lora shoots in but no luck this time. Silva changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lora tries to avoid it but Silva manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lora to the ground. Lora escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Lora tries to keep at a distance but Silva has taken the fight into the clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lora escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Silva. Silva thuds a left hand into Lora's body. Silva tries to clinch but Lora is having none of it. Lora closes the distance and clinches. A frustrated look appears on Silva's face as he tries to break the clinch. Silva fails to pull guard.

Lora clinches up against the cage. Lora wants a takedown.
Silva tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Lora just stands there and leans against the cage. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Lora.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lora keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Silva's efforts to push away. Lora tries to pull guard but Silva won't allow it.
Lora has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Silva regains guard immediately. Silva working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Lora doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Lora manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Lora is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Lora trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Silva doesn't manage to clinch there - Lora circles away.
Silva throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lora's waist but Lora gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Silva off to one side. Silva tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Lora defends well and Silva ends up having to push Lora into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Lora has Silva up against the cage in a clinch.

Lora stuffs the takedown attempt from Silva. Silva gets slowly back to his feet. Lora throws a big counter combination but Silva scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Felix Lora has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jay Silva. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lora dives in for a single leg takedown but Silva sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Silva steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect. Lora throws a right hand that Silva ducks under and follows up with a left that Silva also avoids with ease. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Lora is defended easily by Silva.
That's one minute gone in the round. Silva misses with a takedown attempt - Lora sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Silva pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Lora throws a body shot but no joy. Silva is clearly looking to counter with head kicks. Silva swinging wildly here.

Lora closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Silva tries to get back to half guard but can't. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lora thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The referee asks Lora politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Lora prefers to stall for the moment though. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Silva manages to work his way to half guard, despite Lora's best efforts. Lora controlling the action here. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Silva pushes Lora off and gets back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lora closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Silva to the mat! Silva manages to get full guard. Lora preventing the sweep. Silva looking to control.

Felix Lora dominated that second round. That's time! Lora's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Silva is looking to clinch. It looked like Lora was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Lora scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Lora looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Lora tries to pass the half guard into mount. Silva knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lora sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. That's one minute gone in the round. Lora takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Silva controlling the position for now. Lora is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Lora fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Silva sprawls well initially but Lora persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Silva tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Lora manages to move to mount!
Lora tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Lora really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Lora trying to control but Silva is having none of it. Lora goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Silva is on top in guard.
Silva stops Lora from standing up. Lora is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lora thows a huge punch but Silva dodges it nicely.
Silva tries to roll over but Lora keeps him under control. Silva is pressing down on Lora's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Lora scoring with punches to the head and body. Silva is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Lora defends well. Silva is looking for a triangle but Lora pushes his legs off easily.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Felix Lora is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Silva takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Lora takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Lora feints and as Silva raises his hands in defense, Lora changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Silva scrambles and gets back to his feet.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Silva. Silva uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Lora.
Lora manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Silva on his heels. He'll look to pass Silva's guard now, I'm sure. Silva scrambles and gets back to his feet.

Jay Silva has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Felix Lora is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Lora blocks a knee to the body. And that's the end of the fight! Felix Lora showed his dominance in that final round. Well Lora has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
