Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Boipelo Chibuzo Ihejirika (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Shannon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Boipelo Chibuzo Ihejirika!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, David Shannon!
The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Daniel Franklin and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shannon jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Ihejirika is defended easily by Shannon.
Shannon pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Ihejirika moves into the clinch successfully.
Ihejirika tightens his grip and picks Shannon up, before dumping him to the ground. Shannon manages to land in guard.
Shannon wants to get back to his feet but Ihejirika passes into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ihejirika is thwarting Shannon's attempts to control the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ihejirika is taking a breather. Shannon says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Ihejirika passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Shannon!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
You get the feeling that Shannon really doesn't like being in this position too much.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ihejirika could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Ihejirika has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Shannon's face.
Shannon squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Ihejirika tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Shannon can't escape the position.
Ihejirika takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Ihejirika is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Ihejirika extends the arm and Shannon is forced to tap!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Boipelo Chibuzo Ihejirika!
