Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Altair Brain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Krause (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brain comes to the cage accompanied by 300 Violin. Krause has chosen Heart of a Champion as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. James Krause is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Altair Brain!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, James Krause!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Roosa Järviläinen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Krause misses with a takedown attempt - Brain sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Krause closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Krause is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Brain is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Brain tries to buck Krause off but Krause is having none of it.
Krause misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Brain is trying to get back to half guard.
Brain wants to control but Krause postures up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Krause misses with the ground and pound.
Krause tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Krause looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Krause in side control, throwing shots but Brain defends.
Brain is trying to get back to half guard.
Krause tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Krause working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Brain knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Krause on the ground.
Brain is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Krause is controlling him well.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
The strikes coming from Krause are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Brain tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Krause working away.
Brain is not content to let Krause control the position.
You can see the frustration on Brain's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Krause is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Brain is trying to escape and Krause transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Brain is forced to tap! Nice work there by Krause! Very nice indeed!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). James Krause!
In defeat, Altair Brain stepped up to the mic, saying 'He was the better man today, but I will return stronger then ever!'.
