The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Legstrong, as that shot connected.
Legstrong thuds his right hand into King's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
A clash of legs there as Legstrong blocks the low kick.
King gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Legstrong.
Legstrong keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Legstrong bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of King's head.

King's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Legstrong connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! King scrambles back to his feet.

Well Legstrong has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Lance Legstrong decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
