Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bradley Dean (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dwayne Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dwayne Johnson has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Bradley Dean's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Bradley Dean! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Dwayne Johnson! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Johnson closes the distance and pushes Dean back into the cage. Johnson tightens his grip and picks Dean up, before dumping him to the ground. Dean manages to land in guard. Dean wriggles free and stands up. Dean throws a nice looking combination but Johnson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Johnson gets caught flat footed, as Dean shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Johnson has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Dean trying to control the position from guard on top but Johnson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Dean is pushing down on Johnson's leg trying to pass to half guard. Johnson is fighting to maintain full guard but Dean has managed to sneak the leg through. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dean wants to pass to mount but Johnson is defending the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Johnson trying to control but Dean postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Still in half guard, Dean seems content to control. Johnson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dean. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Johnson trying to control here.
Dean is looking to advance position but Johnson won't allow it.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Dean throws a combination that misses and Johnson counters with a shoot takedown. Dean fights it but they end up in guard. Dean manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage. Johnson gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Dean regains guard.

Dean throws a head kick that misses. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Dean has his takedown stuffed and Johnson connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Dean is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dean closes this distance looking for a takedown but Johnson circles away. Johnson keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bradley Dean. That's going to take a lot out of him. Johnson drives through with a takedown into Dean's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Dean has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Johnson is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position. Johnson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Johnson looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Johnson is keen to just control but Dean is a slippery customer. Johnson winds up and cracks Dean with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Johnson is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Dean is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Johnson scores with a couple of nice shots.

Johnson wants to free his trapped foot but Dean is holding on for dear life with his legs. Still in half guard, Johnson seems content to control. Johnson is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Johnson escapes and gets back to his feet. Johnson has Dean up against the cage in a clinch.
Johnson gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Dean regains guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Johnson showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Johnson tries to free his leg and advance position but Dean is retaining full guard. Johnson stands up and waves to Dean to follow him. Dean shoots in for a takedown but Johnson shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Johnson clinches up against the cage. Johnson prevents Dean from breaking the clinch. Johnson lands a left hand that snaps the head of Dean backwards. Johnson is pushing Dean up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Dean tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dwayne Johnson dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Johnson gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Johnson blocks an elbow strike from Dean.
Johnson is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Dean fails to pull guard.
Johnson lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Dean. Dean is trying to break free. Johnson is trying to trip Dean. He has hold of a leg but Dean is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Johnson persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Johnson must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Dean is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Johnson looking to pass the guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Johnson is in close to Dean's body, working some short punches and elbows. Johnson sitting in guard here, content to control. Johnson wants to pass the guard but Dean is keeping the position. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dean looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Dean wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Johnson working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Dean keeping moving, preventing Johnson from controlling successfully.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Dean dives in for a single leg takedown but Johnson sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Johnson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Johnson has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Dean is proving hard to escape from. Johnson scoring with some ground and pound.

That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Dean's guard. Johnson landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Johnson slips a nice elbow through Dean's hands, connecting with Dean's forehead. Dean is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Johnson scores with a couple of nice shots. Dean is looking to control Johnson's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Dean avoid being mounted? Johnson landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Dean is rocked! Johnson is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Dean is staying active underneath Johnson, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Johnson tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Dean. Johnson stalling away here and it's allowed Dean to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Johnson trying to stand up but can't free himself from Dean's guard. Johnson has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Johnson wants to control from the top but Dean keeps moving. Dean is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Dean wants to clinch and Johnson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Johnson darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Dean wants to control but Johnson is keeping busy and won't allow it. Dean is not content to let Johnson control the position. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Johnson looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Dwayne Johnson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Johnson shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Dean napping and manages to drive through into side control! Dean bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet! Johnson takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Johnson drives through and clinches with Dean against the cage.

Dean throws out a loose jab but Johnson uses good head movement to avoid it. The fight moves into the clinch position. Johnson decides to pull guard. Johnson is controlling Dean's posture.

Dean being controlled here momentarily. Dean stands and steps away. Johnson gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Johnson softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Dean has had enough of the clinch but Johnson keeps him there for the moment. Johnson lands a body shot in the clinch.
Both guys are working to get underhooks. Dean has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Johnson is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Johnson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Dean pivots, looking for a leg kick but Johnson is out of range and Dean settles back down. Bradley Dean is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Johnson changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Dean looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Johnson lands some shots froms side control. Johnson is putting a hurting on Dean here, landing some big shots from side control. Dwayne Johnson is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Dwayne Johnson has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dean can't do much from the bottom here. Johnson creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Johnson stands up. Johnson closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Dean's guard. Johnson wants to stand but Dean has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Johnson engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Johnson lands a couple of digs.
And that's the end of the fight! Dwayne Johnson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Johnson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
