Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Garret Tillman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Haruki Iwasaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Garret Tillman has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Garret Tillman seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Haruki Iwasaki!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Shigeki Sano and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tillman shoots in and drives through. Iwasaki sprawls well.
Tillman will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Iwasaki closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Iwasaki in side control, just content to control the action for now.
Tillman is not content to let Iwasaki control the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Tillman is trying to get back to half guard.
Iwasaki tries to move into full mount but can't pass Tillman's legs.
Iwasaki working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Tillman struggling a bit here.
Iwasaki tries for a kimura but Tillman is defending well.
Iwasaki works to advance to full mount. Tillman defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Tillman is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Iwasaki has taken his back.
Iwasaki has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Tillman's body.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Iwasaki is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Tillman is defending well though. Iwasaki let's go of the attempt for now.
Iwasaki has got his arm under Tillman's chin working for the choke… has he got it? It looks pretty tight! Oh! Tillman has spun round into Iwasaki's guard beautifully! Well done that man!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Iwasaki looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Iwasaki escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Tillman gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Iwasaki is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Tillman rolls with it to try and escape but Iwasaki cranks on the arm and Tillman is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
