Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
12 - 10 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Saracen Smith!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

20 - 14 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mats S�derlund!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Tiny Johnson and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith looks to land a body kick but S�derlund moved away.
Smith tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as S�derlund checks a leg kick.
Smith looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Smith pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Smith dives in and grabs S�derlund's left leg, looking for a takedown. S�derlund pushes down on Smith's head and hops out.
Smith pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A telegraphed right hand from S�derlund misses the target.
S�derlund misses with a looping right.
S�derlund checks a low kick from Smith.
Smith is trying hard to land a takedown here. S�derlund sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Smith lands a jab to the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
S�derlund throws a hook to the side of Smith's head but Smith sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
S�derlund walks into a straight right hand from Smith.
S�derlund is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Smith.
Smith tries to counter with a takedown but S�derlund is quick to defend against it.
Smith blocks the body kick.
Smith is looking for a counter combo.
Smith has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from S�derlund.
That's one minute gone in the round.
S�derlund takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Smith.
Smith closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
S�derlund sneaks out the side door and pushes Smith away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
Saracen Smith seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
S�derlund throws a body shot but no joy.
Mats S�derlund is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Smith keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Smith throws a head kick that misses.
A countering left hand to the body from S�derlund misses.
S�derlund misses with a body shot.
S�derlund drops Smith with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Smith looks back up at him and smiles so S�derlund waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Smith is rocked!
It looks like Saracen Smith has been cut.
A chopping leg kick lands by S�derlund.
Oh Smith is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
S�derlund fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Smith has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from S�derlund.
S�derlund lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Smith - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for S�derlund!

After winning the bout, Mats S�derlund thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
