20 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Jaakko Savolainen! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Chris Downing and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Savolainen moves into the clinch. Fish prevents the takedown attempt.
A short right from Fish on the inside. Savolainen has Fish pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Fish manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Savolainen fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Savolainen decides to pull guard. Savolainen looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Fish passes into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Fish is controlling the pace.

Savolainen has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fish throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Savolainen actively working from the bottom here.

Savolainen is looking to improve his position but Fish isn't that keen on the idea. Fish can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Savolainen is looking to escape. Fish controlling his opponent. Fish with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Fish tries to control but Savolainen wriggling away. Fish with good strikes from the mount here!

The cut above Jaakko Savolainen's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Savolainen blocking the ground and pound. Fish working for a guillotine from mount but Savolainen is in no mood to give up. Savolainen bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Fish is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Fish is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Savolainen is controlling him. Savolainen is looking to work some ground and pound but Fish has wrist control. Savolainen drops back, looking for a kneebar! Fish looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Fish looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Fish! Savolainen sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Savolainen is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Fish pulls his head out easily. Fish thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Savolainen's head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Savolainen wants to improve his position but Fish is controlling well.
Savolainen is not content to let Fish control the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fish working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Jaakko Savolainen's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
