Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bernie Coffey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and King Storm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). King Storm is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Bernie Coffey!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, King Storm!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Johanna Lukiainen and Roosa Järviläinen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Storm. No joy for Coffey on that attempt.
Storm wants to counter with a clinch but Coffey pushes him away.
The fight stays on the outside here - Coffey looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Storm moves into range and clinches up with Coffey.
Storm is trying to force a seperation but Coffey has the dominant position.

That was a close round but I would say that Bernie Coffey will probably get the nod.

Storm lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Coffey circles away quickly and effectively.

Storm throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Coffeys head.

Coffey tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Storm just stands there and leans against the cage.

Storm is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Coffey has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Storm can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Storm must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Storm stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Coffey swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Storm throws an elbow that misses. Coffey uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Storm's guard. Nice move by Coffey!
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

King Storm showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Storm wants to control but Coffey is keeping him busy.

Coffey looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Storm has picked Coffey up and slammed him! Coffey can't keep hold of the triangle and Storm manages to pass to side control!

Storm closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Coffey's guard.
Storm wants to control from the top but Coffey keeps moving.
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Storm. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

Storm stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Coffey throws up his legs and catches Storm in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Storm tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Coffey! That came out of nowhere!
