Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Brady Goodridge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hayato Masato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Goodridge might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Army Of The Pharaohs-Seven. Hayato Masato told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Goodridge closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Goodridge tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Goodridge has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Masato tries to bench press Goodridge off him but Goodridge keeps the position.
Goodridge has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Masato is trying to control Goodridge's posture but Goodridge avoids it.

Goodridge is looking to take a break and control but Masato is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Goodridge closes this distance looking for a takedown but Masato circles away.
