Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Matt Clooten (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zach Zapp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clooten kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Hot Ride by The Prodigy. Zapp is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Mighty Oregon. Zach Zapp has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are William Peck, Steve Smith and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clooten misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Zapp.
Clooten connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Zapp throws a body punch but Clooten moves out of range.
Zapp throws a big shot that misses.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Zapp.
Clooten fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Clooten tests Zapp's chin there with a solid looking shot.

so Clooten counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Clooten stops Zapp from standing up.
Clooten is looking to work some ground and pound but Zapp has wrist control.
Zapp avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Clooten passes Zapp's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Clooten missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Zapp won't allow Clooten to pass to mount.

Clooten throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Zapp has his hands clasped together but Clooten breaks the hold and Zapp is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Clooten!
