Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Justin White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Emelchenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). White comes to the cage accompanied by Ain't I remix by Yung LA ft. Young Dro and T.I.. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Justin White! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Alexander Emelchenko! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Gregory Folan and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Emelchenko shoots in but no luck this time. Both fighters circling a little - Emelchenko finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Emelchenko tries for a takedown but White sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Emelchenko slips a jab and a cross from White.
White rushes Emelchenko and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Emelchenko escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
White scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. White not landing any meaningful shots this time. White trying to control from Emelchenko's half guard. Emelchenko has other ideas though and has regained full guard. Emelchenko can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as White controls the pace. White postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. White loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. White has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. White trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
That's one minute gone in the round. Emelchenko wants to get back to his feet but White is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Emelchenko looking for submissions from the bottom but instead White passes into side control.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Emelchenko struggling a bit here. Emelchenko on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Emelchenko is still in real trouble! Can White finish him? White tries to move to mount but Emelchenko blocks the move with his legs. Emelchenko seems to have recovered his senses. Emelchenko tries to contro but end up mounted... ooooh, that's bad. Emelchenko wants to control but White is having none of it. Emelchenko looks gassed! Emelchenko tries to reverse the position but White maintains control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. White scores with a couple of good head shots there.
White has hold of Emelchenko's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Emelchenko manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
White prevents Emelchenko from getting the reversal. White looking to control but Emelchenko is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Emelchenko is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. White wants to finish this one by submission but Emelchenko is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from White. White working the ground and pound effectively.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Emelchenko is in all sorts of trouble here.

Emelchenko is looking to slow White down with leg kicks. Emelchenko closes the distance and clinches. White has Emelchenko pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Emelchenko manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. White wants a takedown.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. White misses with a kick to the body and Emelchenko counters with a three punch combo that has White backing up. White nods at Emelchenko to acknowledge the strikes. Emelchenko scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. White avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Emelchenko. Emelchenko moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. White tries to buck Emelchenko off but Emelchenko is having none of it. White sneaks back into half guard. Emelchenko is keen to just control but White is a slippery customer. White is pressing down on Emelchenko's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. White throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
White pushes Emelchenko off and gets back to his feet.

Emelchenko shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says White as he avoids it easily. White throws a series of punches but Emelchenko avoids them all with ease. White darts in and out, connecting with a jab. White gets the takedown into side control. White in side control, just content to control the action for now. Emelchenko pushes White away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, White gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Emelchenko is looking for a sweep. Emelchenko parries the strikes from White easily there. White is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Emelchenko to escape.
Emelchenko gets back to half guard. Emelchenko pushes White off but White dives into side control.

That was a close second round but I would say that Justin White will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action! And we move into the final round!

Emelchenko managing to control the position. Both fighters are breathing heavily. White postures up in Emelchenko's guard and throws a big left but Emelchenko blocks it.
That's one minute gone in the round. White won't allow Emelchenko to sweep him here. Emelchenko is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. White gets caught flat footed, as Emelchenko shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Emelchenko wants to control from the top but White keeps moving. White is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
White is trying to hold Emelchenko in close to prevent damage but Emelchenko has managed to pass into half guard.
White is trying to stand up here but Emelchenko is controlling him well. Emelchenko tries to pass the half guard into mount. White knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Emelchenko is tying to control. White wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
That's three minutes gone in the round. White moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Emelchenko throwing strikes but missing. Emelchenko wants to stand but White has a closed guard, so he can't escape. White is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. White trying to pass the guard but Emelchenko defending well. Emelchenko is staying active underneath White, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Emelchenko is positioning himself well to prevent White advancing to mount. Emelchenko is trying to control but can't.
Emelchenko controlling the leg, holding on to half guard. Emelchenko is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of White's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take White's back! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. White prevents Emelchenko from getting a body triangle. Alexander Emelchenko has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! White wants to get back to his feet.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Alexander Emelchenko. I think White has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
