Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Keiji Mutou (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vincent Vinetto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vinetto is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Twisted Insane - The Dookie Monster. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mutou fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Vinetto looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Vinetto avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Vinetto lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Keiji Mutou seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Vinetto slips a straight right by Mutou.

and Vinetto counters with a head kick. That will keep Mutou thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mutou will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Vinetto up against the cage.

Vinetto breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Mutou goes for a double leg but Vinetto avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Vinetto continues to drive forward.

Mutou tries to clinch but Vinetto is having none of it.
Mutou fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Vinetto thinks about the counter body kick.
Vinetto keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Mutou forces Vinetto back against the cage and clinches.
Come on Mutou - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.

Mutou goes for a takedown attempt but Vinetto pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

and Vinetto cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

and Vinetto counters with a crisp right hand that drops Mutou! Vinetto lets Mutou back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Mutou shoots in looking for a takedown but Vinetto manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Mutou's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Vinetto unleashes a big counter combination but Mutou bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Vincent Vinetto is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Mutou shoots in for a takedown but Vinetto shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
A little jabbing left from Vinetto on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Mutou tries to clinch up
and Vinetto scores with a counter punch that sends Mutou to the canvas! Vinetto smells blood - he's punishing Mutou with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Mutou has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!

After the fight, Vincent Vinetto was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
