Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Orkan Dogu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Quian Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
27 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Orkan Dogu! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
35 - 24 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Quian Kane! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, William Gold and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dogu fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kane manages to avoid it. Dogu misses the shot to the body. A swing and a miss from Dogu. Dogu on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Dogu works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Good shot there by Kane. Kane dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Dogu just misses with a punch to the body.
Kane moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Kane misses the shot to the body. It looked like Dogu wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Dogu shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kane pinned against the cage. Kane gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Dogu avoids the body shot from Kane.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Dogu throws a body shot but no joy. Kane misses with a left hand and Dogu counters with a stiff right hand. Dogu shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kane as he jumps to the side.

Dogu looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Kane sizes up Dogu with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Kane steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Dogu. Dogu swings for the body but Kane moves out of range.
Quian Kane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kane pushes Dogu up against the cage in a clinch. Dogu is leaning against Kane and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Kane misses with a punch on the inside.

Dogu looks to land a left hand but Kane moved out of range nicely. A punch lands to the side of Dogu 's head but he takes it in his stride. Kane lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Kane walks into a jab. Kane changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Kane is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Dogu rather than just go for the knockout. Kane moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Dogu scores with a body shot.

Kane throws a hook but Dogu blocks it. Kane scores with the left hand. Dogu knows he should have avoided that one. Dogu slips a jab from Kane. Dogu shoots in for a double leg but Kane sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Orkan Dogu. That's going to take a lot out of him. Kane comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Kane lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Dogu has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Dogu and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Dogu misses with a body shot.

and Kane counters with a stiff right hand. Dogu shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Kane is trying to defend but Dogu finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Kane is controlling Dogu's trapped leg to prevent Dogu from advancing to side control. Kane is refusing to be controlled, as Dogu sits in half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dogu thows a huge punch but Kane dodges it nicely.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kane works his way to full guard. Good work. Kane manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Dogu manages to get himself to full guard.
Kane controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Kane's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kane preventing the sweep. Dogu not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Kane sitting in guard, not really doing much. Dogu is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Kane keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Dogu trying to pass the guard but Kane defending well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Quian Kane will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Dogu tries to move into range but Kane moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Dogu pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Kane takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Kane instigates a clinch. Kane misses with a short punch on the inside. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Kane. Kane tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Dogu's elbow. Dogu works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Kane makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Kane misses with a shot to the kidneys.
A nice right hand lands inside from Dogu. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dogu is trying to break the clinch but Kane is controlling him. Kane lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Dogu backwards. Kane goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Dogu lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. A head punch blocked on the inside by Dogu. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Kane takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Kane doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Dogu swings wildly with an uppercut but Kane uses good head movement to avoid it. A head punch blocked on the inside by Dogu. Kane tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. A battle for position here, against the cage. Dogu tries to stall but Kane uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Kane scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Kane looks to clinch and Dogu counters with a nice double leg into side control. Kane won't be happy with that. Kane sneaks out the side door and pushes Dogu away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape. Kane has been the more effective fighter overall so far. This has been an exciting period of action! Kane connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Kane clinches with his opponent.

Dogu's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Quian Kane is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Kane throws a leg kick but Dogu checks it. Dogu ducks under a wild hook from Kane. Dogu throws a body punch but Kane moves out of range. Dogu scores with a decent looking hook. Dogu on the wrong end of a nice jab.

Quian Kane seems to be getting the better of the standup. Kane throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Dogu throwing a counter right hand but Kane manages to avoid it. Kane misses with a body punch
and Dogu counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Kane keeping control of the position. Dogu missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Kane is pressing down on Dogu's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Dogu tries to free his leg and advance position but Kane is retaining full guard. Dogu trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Dogu advances to half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Quian Kane showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Kane manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Dogu trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Dogu is pushing down on Kane's leg trying to pass to half guard. Kane is fighting to maintain full guard but Dogu has managed to sneak the leg through. Dogu working Kane over with strikes. Dogu looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Dogu thows a huge punch but Kane dodges it nicely.
Kane is trying is best to control the position here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dogu is stalling here. Kane is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Dogu seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Kane has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Dogu tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Kane wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Orkan Dogu overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kane tries to advance to mount but Dogu denies him. Dogu is letting Kane control him for a moment. Dogu manages to get back to half guard. Dogu is not content to let Kane control the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kane works his foot free and advances to mount. Dogu is trying desperately to improve position. Orkan Dogu has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kane takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Dogu sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Kane is controlling the pace.
Dogu tries to get to full guard but Kane has control of the leg. Kane sitting and controlling from the half guard. Let's hope that Kane has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
That's three minutes gone in the round. We're seeing a lot of stalling here from Kane. Quian Kane is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Dogu tries to get to full guard but Kane has control of the leg. Kane performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Kane misses with a wild body shot. Dogu shoots in and drives through. Kane sprawls well. Dogu ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Kane moves away. Good standup being displayed there by Kane as he connects with a hook. Dogu ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Kane moves away. Kane lands with a shot to the body. Kane clinches with his opponent.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Kane has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Kane blocks a body shot from Dogu. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Kane prevents a body shot from Dogu. Kane working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
And that's the end of the fight! Quian Kane comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Kane winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
