Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Sann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shivananda Ganeshalo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these fighters are unbeaten, so somebody's 0 has got to go!Shivananda Ganeshalo has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Daniel Sann!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Shivananda Ganeshalo!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Sann as Ganeshalo shoots in.
Sann moves out of range of the body kick.
Sann misses with a few strikes there.
Ganeshalo keeps the fight on the outside.
Ganeshalo changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Ganeshalo throws a leg kick that is checked
and Sann counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Ganeshalo thinking.

Sann gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sann can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Ganeshalo controls the pace.

And Ganeshalo tries to counter it with a takedown but Sann pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Ganeshalo looking to sit in guard and control but Sann gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Ganeshalo can do anything to dispel that myth.
Ganeshalo seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Sann pushes down on Ganeshalo's leg and manages to get into half guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

and Ganeshalo decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Sann's guard.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Sann is defended easily by Ganeshalo.
Sann swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Sann's jab looks to have found its range, popping Ganeshalo under the eye.
Sann keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Ganeshalo shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Sann's guard.

We've been informed that Ganeshalo has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ganeshalo wants to control from the top but Sann keeps moving.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

I've got Ganeshalo winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
