The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McKenna fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Clegane avoids it really well and circles away.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that McKenna has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
McKenna looks for a takedown but Clegane sprawls well.

Clegane lands a big right hand that sends McKenna crashing to the mat! Clegane stays standing though and waves McKenna back to his feet!

It looks like James McKenna has been cut.
Clegane throws a right and a left that McKenna avoids nicely.
Sloppy strikes from Clegane. Those never looked like landing.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Clegane closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks McKenna out cold! McKenna corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.

In his post fight interview, Sandor Clegane started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
