Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Crowe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nils Holgersson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Holgersson comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Theme kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Dean Styles and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crowe misses with an uppercut.
Holgersson throws a hook to the side of Crowe's head but Crowe sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Crowe is looking to counter the offense by Holgersson and move into the clinch.
Crowe fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Holgersson has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Holgersson ducks under a wild hook from Crowe.
Holgersson drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Crowe defends it well.
Crowe misses with a body shot.
Crowe lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
It looks like Nils Holgersson has been cut.

Crowe throws an overhand right that lands on Holgersson's shoulder, as Holgersson tries to avoid the shot.
Holgersson drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Crowe defends it well.
Crowe fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Holgersson manages to avoid it.

Holgersson shoots in looking for a takedown but Crowe manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Holgersson's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Holgersson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Crowe lands a jab to the nose.
Crowe throws a looping overhand right but Holgersson ducks down to avoid it.
Holgersson takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Crowe misses with a straight right.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Crowe, as that shot connected.
Holgersson is rocked!
We've been hearing reports that Crowe has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Crowe connects with an inside leg kick.
Holgersson is still on wobbly legs! Can Crowe finish him?

Crowe jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Holgersson seems to have recovered his senses.
Crowe looks to score with a jab to the body but Holgersson is just out of range.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Crowe is defending against the submission attempts here by Holgersson.

Holgersson wants to take a breather but Crowe is having none of it.
Crowe keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount.
Holgersson is trying to control the action in half guard but Crowe is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Holgersson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Crowe keeps working.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Holgersson is looking for a kimura but Crowe is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Holgersson to get the leverage.

Holgersson looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Holgersson has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Crowe lands a jab to the nose.

A good leg kick by Crowe.
Crowe lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Holgersson falls backwards - clearly groggy! Crowe dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
