Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Clark Kent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Walter Mattos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Walter Mattos will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Clark Kent! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Walter Mattos! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Phil Schofield and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mattos throws a body shot but no joy. Kent avoids the body shot from Mattos.
Walter Mattos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Mattos connects with a right hand. Kent shakes it off. Mattos misses with a head kick.
Mattos throws a series of punches but Kent moves out of range. A looping hook to the body misses from Mattos. Kent does a little dance to reset his feet. Kent goes for a double leg but Mattos avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Mattos continues to drive forward. Kent is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Mattos's half guard. Mattos really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kent. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Kent takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Mattos is trying to get back to full guard. Kent lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Mattos on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. It looks like Walter Mattos has been cut. Mattos keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Kent has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
