Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alfonso Bebeto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Durham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Durham has chosen Fresh Like Us as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Alfonso Bebeto! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Joe Durham! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Ackerman and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Durham getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
It looks like Alfonso Bebeto has been cut. Bebeto throws a series of punches but Durham moves out of range. Durham waves his right hand out in front of him, looking to distract Bebeto. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Bebeto to the canvas! Can he finish him!?
Bebeto is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Durham won't allow Bebeto to sweep him here. Oh Bebeto is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Durham postures up in Bebeto's guard and throws a big left but Bebeto blocks it. Bebeto seems to have got his legs back now. Durham cracks Bebeto with a solid left hand. Durham chips away with some ground and pound. Durham trying to control the position from guard on top but Bebeto is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bebeto has his foot on Durham's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Durham works his way back into a safe position though. Bebeto is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Durham defends well. Durham postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Bebeto is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Durham, into his guard.
Durham has his foot on Bebeto's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Bebeto works his way back into a safe position though. Bebeto got a little sloppy there for a moment and Durham has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bebeto has managed to get both his arms back between Durham's legs - danger averted.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bebeto has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Durham to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Bebeto is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Durham pulls down on the head and he's put Bebeto to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Joe Durham! Joe Durham took to the mic after the fight and begged the organizational hierarchy for a shot at the title.
