Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mairbek Krylov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juhani Tuomiola (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Juhani Tuomiola told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

My spies in The Highland Gym inform me that Tuomiola has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!
