Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are James Glass, Colin Fotheringham and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice body kick from Condit.
Terkey takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Terkey throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Condit tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Terkey is in Condit's guard.

Terkey looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Terkey drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Terkey jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Condit tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Condit throws a jab but it's blocked by Terkey.
Terkey wants to counter the offense by Condit and move into the clinch position.
Condit lands a nice looking body shot.

Terkey shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Condit's guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Let's hope that Terkey has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Condit throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Terkey.

Terkey closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Terkey lands in his opponent's guard.

Terkey drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Terkey seems to have locked his on tight now - Condit screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Terkey, as he picks up the win!
