Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Vasily Avsketij!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jack Stone!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Eddie Farnsworth and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stone has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Stone there as he acknowledges the shot.
Stone swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Avsketij scores with a body shot.
Stone shoots and misses
and Avsketij counters with a right hand to the body.
Avsketij lands with a good body shot.
Avsketij scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Avsketij stuns Stone with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Stone throws a series of punches but Avsketij avoids them all with ease.
Avsketij lands a right hook to the body.
Vasily Avsketij seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Avsketij dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Avsketij definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Stone goes for a double leg but Avsketij avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Avsketij continues to drive forward.
Stone takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Stone fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Vasily Avsketij has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jack Stone.
Avsketij connects with a crisp jab.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Stone gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Stone misses with a hook
and Avsketij counters with a big right hand! Oh Stone is in trouble here! Avsketij follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
