Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jon Snow!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Shayne Corson!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Bruno Lombardi and Eddie Farnsworth.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Snow lands with a hook. Corson tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
A slapping leg kick lands for Corson.
Snow tries to clinch
and Corson counters with a slapping leg kick.
Corson fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.


It looks like Jon Snow has been cut.
Snow seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Snow goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Corson turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

and Snow counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Corson moves into full guard.
Snow trying to move into half guard but instead Corson has managed to sweep!


Snow is looking for a triangle here but Corson uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.

Corson tries to stand but Snow is controlling his head.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Snow is not content to let Corson control the position.
Corson wants to stand but Snow has his arm trapped.
Snow keeping his opponent close.
Snow is trying to control Corson's posture but Corson avoids it.

Snow tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Corson wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Snow takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Corson looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Corson moves out of range of the body kick from Snow.
Snow throws a poor cross that misses
and Corson counters with a low kick, right behind Snow 's knee.
Corson finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Snow tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Corson manages to circle out of the way.
Snow throws a head kick but Corson moves out of range.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Snow tries to clinch but Corson moves out of range.
Corson tries to land a leg kick but Snow saw it coming and moves away.
Snow has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Corson.
Snow misses with a hook
and Corson counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.

and Corson counters with a stiff right hand.

and Corson counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Snow tries to close the distance and clinch up but Corson swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Corson appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Snow misses with a double jab.
An inside leg kick lands from Corson.
Corson connects with a high kick.
Snow throws a head kick but Corson moves out of range.
Corson looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Corson moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Shayne Corson dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Jon Snow's cut.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


Corson motions for Snow to come forward. Corson throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Snow misses with a body kick.
And Corson responds with a good body kick, but Snow manages to step out the way in time.
Corson cracks Snow with an open hand slap.
Snow tries a head kick but it misses.
Snow lands a jab to Corson's midsection.
Corson drops Snow with a huge uppercut! Snow drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Corson is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Shayne Corson!
