Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Esquiva Falcao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Reach (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reach is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Rich Like Me. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

18 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Esquiva Falcao!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

25 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Johnny Reach!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Richard Clark and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Falcao throws a shot from downtown. Reach moves away and avoids it.
Reach swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Reach scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Reach bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Reach has closed the distance and engaged Falcao in a clinch.
Falcao lands a nice uppercut.
A head punch on the inside from Falcao fails to land.
Reach blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Falcao blocks the elbow strike.
Reach tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Falcao's elbow.
Falcao blocks a body shot from Reach.
Falcao pulls guard effortlessly.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Reach missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Reach wants to control from the top but Falcao keeps moving.
Reach passes Falcao's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Falcao is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Falcao is refusing to be controlled, as Reach sits in half guard.
Reach is just content to waste time from the top position. Falcao takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Falcao looking to hit a scissor sweep but Reach is one step ahead there.
Reach tries to free his leg and advance position but Falcao is retaining full guard.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Reach stopping the sweep attempt from Falcao.
Falcao is working hard here to advance position.
Falcao seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Reach trying to control the position from guard on top but Falcao is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
A head kick by Reach misses
and Reach takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Falcao keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Falcao moves out of range of the strikes.
Falcao throws a sloppy head kick
and Reach counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Reach with a jab.
It looks like Esquiva Falcao has been cut.
Reach throws a lazy uppercut
and Falcao counters with a lovely straight right hand!
A big right from Falcao misses.
Reach was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.
Falcao looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Reach misses with the combination.
Reach on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Reach throws a leg kick that is checked
and Falcao counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Falcao lands a nice shot to the body.

Falcao uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Reach.
Reach throws out a powerful jab.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Reach dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Falcao. That did some damage!
Falcao throws a leg kick that is checked
and Reach counters with a slapping leg kick.
Reach scoring well with a low kick there.
Falcao has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Reach.
Falcao throws an overhand right that lands on Reach's shoulder, as Reach tries to avoid the shot.
Reach just misses with a punch to the body.
Reach lands with a cross.
Falcao tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Reach checks a low kick from Falcao.
Reach lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Johnny Reach dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Esquiva Falcao's cut.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Falcao throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Reach swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Reach fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Falcao.
Reach digs a good hook to Falcao's body.
Falcao looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Reach connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Falcao's hands.
Falcao slips a jab from Reach.
Falcao walks into a straight right hand from Reach.
Falcao is rocked!
Reach avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Reach thinks about the counter body kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Falcao swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Reach counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Reach waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Falcao.
Reach catches Falcao with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Oh Falcao is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Both fighters circling a little - Reach finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Falcao seems to have got his legs back now.
Falcao walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Reach has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Reach gets in close and tags Falcao with a short punch that almost sends Falcao to the mat! Oh Falcao is in big trouble! He turns his back on Reach, trying to create some distance but Reach rushes him, striking wildly and Falcao goes down! The referee tackles Reach into the cage to end the fight! Reach is one violent man!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:16 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Johnny Reach!

Our winner, Johnny Reach, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
