Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lincoln Woods!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Solid Snake!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Steve Montenegro and Columbo Gatti.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Snake lands with a shot to the body.
Woods's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Snake connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Woods scrambles back to his feet.
Woods on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Snake connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Woods's hands.
Woods really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Woods clinches up against the cage.
Woods just leaning against Snake, taking a breather.
Snake is trying to pull guard but Woods has him pressed against the cage.
Woods prevents the takedown attempt.
Snake wants a takedown.
Lincoln Woods has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Solid Snake.
Woods pushes off an throws an elbow but Snake leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Woods gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Snake.
Snake is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Woods decides to pull guard.

Woods is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Snake rolls with it to try and escape but Woods cranks on the arm and Snake is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Lincoln Woods!
