Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Lukasz Hartwigos!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Fleece Johnson!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, James Ackerman and Steven Brown.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Johnson has Hartwigos up against the cage in a clinch.
Johnson swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Hartwigos blocks an uppercut.
Johnson lands a hook to the side of the head.
Johnson lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
The referee calls for Johnson to work.
Johnson digs a right hand underneath Hartwigos's ribcage. Hartwigos let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Johnson softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
Johnson makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Hartwigos blocks a body shot from Johnson.
Johnson working some nice short punches in the clinch.

A bit of stalling here from Hartwigos.

Oh Hartwigos is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

It looks like Fleece Johnson has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Hartwigos's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Hartwigos is looking to control Johnson's arms but Johnson gets an underhook and turns him. Now Hartwigos has his back to the cage.
Johnson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Johnson lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Johnson misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Johnson lands a shoulder strike.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hartwigos is trying to break the clinch but Johnson has him pressed against the cage.

Johnson tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Johnson blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Johnson working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Hartwigos prevents a body shot from Johnson.

Hartwigos breaks from the clinch.
Johnson connects with a single shot there.

Johnson clinches.
A head punch on the inside from Johnson fails to land.
Hartwigos blocking some punches.
Hartwigos is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Johnson is defending well for now.
Johnson misses with a hook from the clinch.
Johnson can't find room to land a body shot as Hartwigos controls the action.
Hartwigos blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Johnson misses with a hook from the clinch.

Johnson breaks from the clinch.
Hartwigos takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Hartwigos takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Johnson throws a solid leg kick but Hartwigos takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Johnson.
Hartwigos throws a counter high kick but Johnson was just alert enough to avoid it.
Johnson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Hartwigos is looking to counter the offense by Johnson and move into the clinch.
Hartwigos tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Hartwigos needs to keep his hands up - Johnson had a free shot at his head there.

Hartwigos walks into a big right hand from Johnson and goes down! The referee sends Johnson to a neutral corner as Hartwigos gets back to his feet. He looks OK so we're back under way.
Johnson does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Johnson takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Johnson lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Fleece Johnson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Johnson throws a big shot that misses.
Hartwigos tries a head kick but it misses.

Hartwigos darts in and clinches Johnson up against the cage.
Johnson lands with a right to the head.
Hartwigos scores with a shoulder strike.
Hartwigos blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Hartwigos blocks an uppercut.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Johnson lands with a short head shot on the inside.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Johnson slows down the pace here.
Hartwigos is trying to push Johnson away but Johnson has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Hartwigos can't break the clinch.
Johnson scores with a shoulder strike.
Hartwigos creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Johnson misses with some punches.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Hartwigos is trying to stall.
Johnson lands a left hand that snaps the head of Hartwigos backwards.
Johnson misses with a short punch on the inside.
Hartwigos is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Having scored a knockdown, Fleece Johnson should take round 1, putting pressure on his opponene back strong in round 2.
The cut man is working on Fleece Johnson's cut.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


Johnson cracks the inside of Hartwigos's front leg.
Johnson lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Johnson stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Johnson closes the distance and catches Hartwigos with a lead hook that drops him to the canvas! Hartwigos is clearly dazed and struggling here! 3,4,5,6,7 and Hartwigos is up to his feet but the referee has called it off! Hartwigos is still far too wobbly and he's not going to allow the fight to continue! Johnson takes it!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:16 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Fleece Johnson!
A less than humble Fleece Johnson misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
