Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Luiz Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Remy Palmar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Remy Palmar!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Peter Branson and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Palmar connects with a jab.
Palmar has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Palmar thuds his right hand into Diaz's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Palmar misses with a body kick.
Diaz appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Diaz closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Palmar paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Palmar wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Palmar dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Diaz. That did some damage!
Diaz takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Palmar lands an overhand right.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A looping hook to the body misses from Palmar. Diaz does a little dance to reset his feet.

Diaz definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Palmar buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Diaz swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Diaz takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Palmar looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Palmar thuds a left hand into Diaz's body.
Remy Palmar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Palmar bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.

Diaz takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
It looks like Luiz Diaz has been cut.

Palmar is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Diaz had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Diaz darts in looking for a takedown but Palmar gets double underhooks and turns Diaz into the cage.

Palmar connects with a leg kick. Diaz looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Donk. Palmar catches Diaz right on the button with a cross.
Palmar stuns Diaz with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Diaz takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Diaz is rocked!
Palmar dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Oh Diaz is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Palmar connects with a single shot there.
Horrible takedown attempt by Diaz or perhaps it was just good defense by Palmar, which made it look bad.
Palmar drops Diaz with a big left hand! Diaz is injured, injured bad! Palmar jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!

A very excited looking Remy Palmar made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
