Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Brown Wilson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thomas Palmer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wilson comes to the cage accompanied by crazy bitch. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
17 - 32 - 2, fighting out of Montreal, Brown Wilson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Thomas Palmer! The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Trevor Gratis and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Palmer ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Palmer throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Wilson counters with a shoot takedown. Palmer fights it but they end up in guard. Palmer avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Wilson is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Wilson trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Palmer is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Wilson lands a couple of digs. Wilson sitting in guard here, content to control. Wilson scoring with some ground and pound. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Palmer avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Wilson is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Palmer trying to keep a closed guard but Wilson is proving a slippery customer.
That's one minute gone in the round. Palmer is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Palmer trying to control the position.
Palmer has momentary wrist control but Wilson slips an elbow through the middle. Wilson's corner is telling him to maintain position. Palmer is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Wilson trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Wilson cracks Palmer with a solid left hand. Wilson is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Palmer tries to land a sweep but no joy. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Wilson controlling from the top position. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Wilson has taken the fight to the clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Palmer drops down looking for an ankle pick but Wilson pulls his leg out and moves away.
Wilson dives in and scores a takedown into Palmer's guard. Wilson cracks Palmer with a solid left hand. Wilson slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Wilson stands up over Palmer, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wilson distracts Palmer with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Wilson's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Wilson makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Wilson is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Well, if Wilson is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Wilson seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Brown Wilson dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Palmer tries to bum rush Wilson with a series of wild strikes but Wilson uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Wilson is looking to counter with head kicks. Wilson shoots in for a takedown but Palmer shows good takedown defense. Palmer moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Wilson is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Palmer can do to turn this around? Palmer throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Palmer fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
And Wilson counters with a quick kick to the body but Palmer blocks it. Thomas Palmer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wilson fails with the takedown. Palmer wants to counter with a clinch but Wilson pushes him away. Wilson shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Palmer napping and manages to drive through into side control!
That's one minute gone in the round. Palmer seems a little lost for a moment, as Wilson dominates the positioning. Wilson seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Palmer for as long as he can get away with. Wilson working the ground and pound. Wilson is working Palmer over with some ground and pound from side control. Palmer is being controlled here. Wilson in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Wilson cracks Palmer with a big elbow. Palmer is breathing heavily. Palmer on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Palmer is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Wilson is controlling him well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The referee asks Wilson politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Wilson prefers to stall for the moment though. Wilson lands a nice forearm strike. Palmer takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

Palmer is rocked! Palmer seems a little lost for a moment, as Wilson dominates the positioning. Palmer takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Wilson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Wilson cracks Palmer with an elbow. That is naaassty. Palmer is still in real trouble! Can Wilson finish him? Palmer seems a little lost for a moment, as Wilson dominates the positioning. Wilson works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. A big shot lands for Wilson! That's hurt Palmer! Will he recover? Wilson fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Brown Wilson! Brown Wilson bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
