Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rex Tyrannosaurus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Monsun Moon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tyrannosaurus comes to the cage accompanied by MacArthurPark. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
22 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rex Tyrannosaurus! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
14 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Monsun Moon! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Moon throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Tyrannosaurus. And Tyrannosaurus counters with a quick kick to the body but Moon blocks it. Tyrannosaurus tests Moon's chin there with a solid looking shot. Tyrannosaurus fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Moon has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. No luck with that takedown attempt from Moon. Tyrannosaurus misses with a low kick as Moon jumps back. A thudding body kick lands there by Tyrannosaurus!
Moon throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Tyrannosaurus jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tyrannosaurus is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Tyrannosaurus has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Moon blocks a head kick by Tyrannosaurus.
Tyrannosaurus throws a jab when Moon was well out of range. Tyrannosaurus throws a combination that misses and Moon connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tyrannosaurus scores with a push kick. Tyrannosaurus throws a low kick but Moon moves out of range easily. Tyrannosaurus throws a big shot that misses. Both fighters circling a little - Tyrannosaurus finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Moon jabs Tyrannosaurus to the body, keeping him at a distance. Tyrannosaurus doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Tyrannosaurus throws a jab when Moon was well out of range. Moon throws a right and a left that Tyrannosaurus avoids nicely. Tyrannosaurus feinted there with a counter leg kick. Moon walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Moon throws a right and a left that both miss. Good standup being displayed there by Moon as he connects with a hook.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Moon avoids a kick to the body.
Moon shoots in but no luck this time. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A combination from Moon does no damage. Moon takes a swing at Tyrannosaurus's ribcage but misses. It appears Tyrannosaurus was looking to counter with a kick there. A punch combination from Moon misses. Tyrannosaurus is looking to counter punch. Moon throws a head kick but Tyrannosaurus moves out of range.
It looked like Tyrannosaurus was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Moon. Moon lands with a nice body punch. Tyrannosaurus misses with a head kick.
Moon unleashes a big counter combination but Tyrannosaurus bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Tyrannosaurus pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Tyrannosaurus lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Moon throws a hook but Tyrannosaurus avoids it easily. Tyrannosaurus lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Moon with a lazy takedown attempt and Tyrannosaurus counters with an outside leg kick.
Rex Tyrannosaurus has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Monsun Moon. Tyrannosaurus pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Tyrannosaurus throws a leg kick that misses. Tyrannosaurus displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Moon. Tyrannosaurus seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Tyrannosaurus is looking to score with low kicks. Tyrannosaurus will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Tyrannosaurus lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Moon is rocked! Rex Tyrannosaurus is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Tyrannosaurus fakes the leg kick and cracks Moon in the body. Moon is still on wobbly legs! Can Tyrannosaurus finish him? Moon looks winded! Tyrannosaurus looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Tyrannosaurus backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Moon's temple! It sends Moon violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Tyrannosaurus celebrates and the doctors try to help Moon!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Flying Knee). Rex Tyrannosaurus! Rex Tyrannosaurus retains his heavyweight title! Rex Tyrannosaurus thanked the fans post fight for their support.
