Marduk comes to the cage accompanied by Trick Daddy- Lets Go. Bridges has chosen Rohff Feat. Big Ali - Dirty Haus as his entrance music. 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Chris Bridges! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Alec Ball and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Marduk wants to clinch up but Bridges keeps it at a distance. Marduk misses with a kick to the body.
Bridges tries to close the distance and clinch up but Marduk swats him away and circles back towards the center. Bridges misses with a kick to the body.
Marduk tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Bridges counters with a head kick. Marduk misses with a head kick.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Bridges lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Bridges seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Marduk does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Marduk is trying to stand up here but Bridges is controlling him well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Marduk kicks Bridges off and gets back to his feet. Bridges misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Chris Bridges dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky. Bridges looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Marduk! Marduk trying desperately to get to his feet.

We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Marduk tries to get out of the position. Marduk is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
Bridges can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Marduk is looking to escape. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Bridges is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

Marduk is looking to improve his position but Bridges isn't that keen on the idea. Bridges looking to control but Marduk is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Marduk throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Marduk is looking to get to half guard. Marduk is squirming around, avoiding Bridges's attempts to control the action. Marduk is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Bridges trying to control but he's not successful this time. Bridges might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Marduk kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Marduk really wants to buck Bridges off and get back to his feet. Marduk can't escape the position.

You get the feeling that Marduk really doesn't like being in this position too much.

That was a close second round but I would say that Bruce Marduk will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
