Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Oskar Maciejewski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jiri Necas!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Emerson Jorge and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Necas shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Maciejewski counters with a three punch combo that has Necas backing up. Necas nods at Maciejewski to acknowledge the strikes.
Necas should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Necas looks to land a combination but Maciejewski avoids it well.
A jab from Maciejewski finds it's way through Necas's defenses.
Maciejewski throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Necas's head.
Necas tries to clinch up but Maciejewski circles away and keeps his distance.

Maciejewski fails to land the takedown.

Maciejewski shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Necas sprawls well. Necas wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Maciejewski gets slowly back to his feet.
Maciejewski moves into range and clinches up with Necas.

Necas escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Necas tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Necas with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Maciejewski to score with a decent uppercut.
Necas gets tackled into the cage by Maciejewski. Maciejewski maintains the clinch.

Maciejewski escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Necas fails with the takedown
and Maciejewski counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Maciejewski.
Maciejewski lands a nice uppercut.
Necas is trying to pull guard but Maciejewski turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Necas wants to break free but Maciejewski has control.
Necas tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Maciejewski changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Necas fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Maciejewski shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Necas as he jumps to the side.
Necas takes a head kick and keeps coming.

Necas swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Maciejewski holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Maciejewski is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Necas pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Necas has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Maciejewski wants to get back to striking at distance but Necas won't allow it.
Necas jumps guard.
Necas is controlling Maciejewski's posture.
Maciejewski knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Necas on the ground.
Necas's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Necas is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Maciejewski has his hands clasped together but Necas extends and breaks Maciejewski's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Necas.
