Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tre Spar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raizer Sorrow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Spar might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Loser: Beck. Sorrow is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: DMX - Slippin' get the fuck up. Tre Spar has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 7 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Tre Spar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Raizer Sorrow! The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Radbod Blank and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sorrow manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Spar on his heels. He'll look to pass Spar's guard now, I'm sure. Sorrow content to stall in guard here. Spar is looking for a triangle but Sorrow pushes his legs off easily.
Spar has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Sorrow is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Spar. Spar is looking for a sweep. Sorrow lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Spar down.
Spar tries to improve position but can't. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Spar is working hard here to advance position. Sorrow is putting a hurting on Spar here, landing some big shots from side control. Sorrow has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Sorrow looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Sorrow controls the position.

I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Spar is not content to let Sorrow control the position. Spar is refusing to be controlled, as Sorrow sits in half guard. Sorrow moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Spar. Sorrow creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Spar tries to bench press Sorrow off him but Sorrow keeps the position.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Spar manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Big trouble for Spar! This has been an exciting period of action! Sorrow sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Sorrow has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Spar tries to reverse the position but Sorrow maintains control. Sorrow lands a big shot there that rocks Spar but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Spar closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Spar shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Sorrow but Sorrow pushes him off and we're back to square one. Spar tries to move into range but Sorrow moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Sorrow gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Spar counters with a nice uppercut. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sorrow jabs Spar to the body, keeping him at a distance. Good leg kick by Sorrow there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Raizer Sorrow seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sorrow misses with a leg kick. Sorrow lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Sorrow moves into range and connects with a jab. Spar takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Spar checks a leg kick. Spar looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit. Sorrow comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Sorrow dives in and scores a takedown into Spar's guard. Sorrow not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Sorrow chips away with some ground and pound. Spar has an active guard here but Sorrow has managed to pass into half guard.

And that's the end of the fight! Raizer Sorrow comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Sorrow has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

In favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Raizer Sorrow! Raizer Sorrow decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way. In defeat, Tre Spar stepped up to the mic, saying 'I'd like to thank my opponent thanks for the lesson of humility, the fans, Also everyone at Bobby B's ill get back there and train for the next one'.
