Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kazuo Mizaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steven Work (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Kazuo Mizaki has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Kazuo Mizaki seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Steven Work!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Sandra Marshall and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big left from Mizaki misses.
Work uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Mizaki.
Work wants to clinch up but Mizaki keeps it at a distance.
Work moves forwards but Mizaki connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Work misses with a body shot
and Mizaki counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Work fails with a takedown attempt.
Mizaki jabs Work to the body, keeping him at a distance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
An inside leg kick from Work misses.
It looked like Mizaki was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
A nice combination there by Mizaki.
Mizaki throws a hook but Work blocks it.
Mizaki throws a hook to the side of Work's head but Work sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Work darts in trying to clinch
and Mizaki counters with a stiff right hand.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Work walks into a jab.

Work wants to counter with a clinch but Mizaki pushes him away.
Steven Work seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mizaki's corner calls for a 1-2. Mizaki obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Work tries to clinch up.
Mizaki swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Mizaki lands with a shot to the body.
Mizaki lands a big right hand that sends Work crashing to the mat! Mizaki stays standing though and waves Work back to his feet!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Work gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Mizaki points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Work wakes up just in time to hear Mizaki thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Kazuo Mizaki!
