Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Edinger Nucleus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vaas Haas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Haas's choice of entrance music: Małpa - Sztorm. Edinger Nucleus could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Vaas Haas's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nucleus blocks the body kick.
Haas connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Horrible takedown attempt by Nucleus or perhaps it was just good defense by Haas, which made it look bad.

Haas looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Nucleus throws a push kick but Haas slaps the foot to one side.

Nucleus throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Nucleus takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Both fighters circling a little - Haas finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Haas feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Nucleuss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Nucleus looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Haas is fending him off so far but Nucleus persists. Nope, Haas circles away and we're back to standing.
Haas connects with a leg kick. Nucleus looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Nucleus is trying to maintain the position but Haas is very close to passing his half guard.
Edinger Nucleus has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Haas is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Haas is working for a submission of some sort.
Nucleus is not content to let Haas control the position.
Nucleus makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Nucleus.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Haas wants to get up but he can't break Nucleus's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Nucleus shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Haas is looking for a sweep. Nucleus is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Nucleus in particular looking to stall.

Edinger Nucleus showed his dominance in that final round.

After the fight, Vaas Haas was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
