Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marcus Braxton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sean Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Braxton kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is "Choke" by Vision of Disorder. Marcus Braxton has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taylor looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Taylor misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Braxton will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Taylor moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

Braxton has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Taylor bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Braxton's head backwards.
Braxton closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Taylor to the mat! Taylor manages to get full guard.

Braxton has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Taylor wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Braxton manages to pass to side control.
Taylor is not content to let Braxton control the position.

Braxton lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Braxton stops Taylor from getting back to his feet.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Taylor really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Braxton. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Braxton wants to pass to mount but Taylor is defending the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Braxton decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Braxton is breathing heavily.
Taylor stuffs the takedown.

Taylor connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Braxton's hands.

Braxton shoots in for a takedown but Taylor shows good takedown defense.
Braxton shoots in looking for a takedown. Taylor tries to sprawl out of it but Braxton keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Taylor manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Taylor is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Taylor circles away from the clinch attempt.
Braxton shoots in but Taylor avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Braxton needs to keep his hands up - Taylor had a free shot at his head there.
Taylor lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Braxton backs up against the cage.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Taylor misses with a two punch combination.
Taylor throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Braxton.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sean Taylor dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Taylor throws a big shot that misses.
Braxton looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Taylor!
Taylor squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Braxton wants to control the pace but Taylor is squirming around nicely.

Braxton won't let Taylor get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Taylor is breathing heavily.

Taylor is trying to stand but he's just given Braxton his back.

Braxton is cranking Taylor's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Taylor! He's tightened the choke and Taylor is tapping out!
