Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Cedrick Shepherd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cowboy Roy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cowboy Roy will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

As Roy tries to get set, Shepherd tries to push him back and clinch up but Roy manages to avoid the attempt.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
