Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Anthor Basilicus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tokugawa Ieyasu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Anthor Basilicus!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tokugawa Ieyasu!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yukihiro Shimada and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ieyasu scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Basilicus moves in looking to clinch but Ieyasu pushes him off.

Ieyasu throws a right and a left that Basilicus avoids nicely.

Ieyasu has picked Basilicus up - he's going for a ride! Ieyasu dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Ieyasu closes the distance and clinches up with Basilicus, looking for a takedown. Ieyasu pushes Basilicus against the cage but Basilicus circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Basilicus will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Ieyasu comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Ieyasu is figuring out what he wants to do next.

Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Ieyasu frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Ieyasu wants to control the pace but Basilicus is squirming around nicely.
BOOM! Ieyasu connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Ieyasu takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Let's hope that Ieyasu has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Ieyasu goes for an armbar but Basilicus turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Basilicus.

Basilicus has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Ieyasu is proving hard to escape from.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Ieyasu is on top in guard.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Ieyasu wants to stand but Basilicus is controlling his posture from full guard.
Basilicus is pulling down on Ieyasu's head. It's preventing any offense from Ieyasu, at least for the moment.
And that's the end of the fight!
Tokugawa Ieyasu comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Ieyasu has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
