A telegraphed takedown attempt from Machado is defended easily by Ngolo.
Ngolo throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
The fighters circle momentarily. Ngolo darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Ngolo lands with an overhand left.
Ngolo lands a right hook to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Machado shoots in for a takedown but Ngolo shows good takedown defense.
Ngolo throws a nice looking combination but Machado bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Ngolo sends Machado crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Ngolo is motioning to the referee to let Machado up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
