Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Carlos Gray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lee Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Gray connects with a nice short shot to Taylor's temple.

Gray darts in and clinches Taylor up against the cage.
Gray has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Taylor clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Taylor is trying to break free.
Gray has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Taylor has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Gray is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Taylor defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Carlos Gray will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Carlos Gray.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Gray, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
