Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brendan Behan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luis Kasongo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Luis Kasongo has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Brendan Behan's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Brendan Behan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Luis Kasongo! The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Roosa Järviläinen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kasongo throws a head kick that misses. Behan looking to score a takedown here. Kasongo is defending well but Behan drives through and ends up in Kasongo's guard. Kasongo uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Behan looks to land a body kick but Kasongo moved away. Behan gets a clinch. Behan breaks the clinch.
Kasongo shoots in looking for a takedown but Behan manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Kasongo's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Behan has Kasongo up against the cage in a clinch.
Behan jumps into guard, dragging Kasongo to the mat.
Kasongo scoring with punches to the head and body. This has been an exciting period of action! Behan has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kasongo can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Kasongo is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kasongo scores with a decent looking elbow strike. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Behan trying to control the position.
Behan pulls Kasongo in close to prevent any damage. Behan is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Kasongo preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Behan tries to clinch but Kasongo moves out of range. Behan shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Behan tries to score a power double leg takedown but Kasongo sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Behan somewhat. Behan drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Kasongo is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Behan's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Kasongo keeping hold of Behan's head, controlling as best he can.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kasongo is trying to get back to full guard. Kasongo keeping hold of Behan's head, controlling as best he can. Behan is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Kasongo has managed to free his arm - good work. The fighters are battling for position here. Kasongo manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Kasongo looking to control.
Kasongo controlling Behan's posture. Behan landing some decent shots from guard. Kasongo is adopting a defensive guard. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Behan wants to control from the top but Kasongo keeps moving.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Brendan Behan dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Behan stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Behan wants it to stay on the feet. Kasongo slaps away a takedown attempt from Behan, before circling back to the center of the mat. Some wild striking there from Behan.
Behan moves in looking to clinch but Kasongo pushes him off. Kasongo looks for a takedown but Behan sprawls well. Behan circles away from the clinch attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kasongo misses with a body kick. Kasongo shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Kasongo showed some decent athleticism there. Behan manages to escape and get back to his feet! Behan is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Kasongo can do to turn this around?

Behan goes for a takedown in the clinch but Kasongo prevents it.

Kasongo wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Behan turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Behan manages to end up in side control. Brendan Behan overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kasongo sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Kasongo keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount. Kasongo is trying to stand back up but Behan is controlling him
Behan is trying to control. Kasongo wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Kasongo actively working from the bottom here. Behan wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kasongo keeps working. Kasongo is trying to maintain the position but Behan is very close to passing his half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Behan is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Kasongo wants to control but Behan is keeping busy and won't allow it. Behan slips a nice elbow through Kasongo's hands, connecting with Kasongo's forehead. Kasongo trying to control but Behan postures up.
Kasongo is looking to improve his position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Behan throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Behan dives in and grabs Kasongo's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kasongo pushes down on Behan's head and hops out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Brendan Behan. That's going to take a lot out of him. Behan closes the distance and clinches up with Kasongo, looking for a takedown. Behan pushes Kasongo against the cage but Kasongo circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Behan has a takedown stuffed. Kasongo tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Behan was well out of range. Poor timing from Kasongo. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Behan stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Behan wants it to stay on the feet. Kasongo bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Kasongo forces Behan back against the cage and clinches. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Brendan Behan dominated that second round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!
Behan keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Kasongo shoots in but Behan avoids the takedown attempt easily. Behan swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Kasongo counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. The fighters are working up against the cage. Behan manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage. Kasongo has had enough of the clinch but Behan keeps him there for the moment. Kasongo jumps into guard, dragging Behan to the mat.
Behan knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kasongo on the ground. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kasongo keeping moving, preventing Behan from controlling successfully. Behan in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Behan tries to free his leg and advance position but Kasongo is retaining full guard. Kasongo is trying to control the position but Behan postures up. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Kasongo throws a jab when Behan was well out of range. Behan shoots in looking for a takedown but Kasongo manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Behan's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Kasongo shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Behan sprawls well. Behan wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Kasongo gets slowly back to his feet. Brendan Behan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Luis Kasongo.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Kasongo moves into the clinch successfully.
Behan's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Behan breaks the clinch.
Kasongo closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Kasongo lands in his opponent's guard. Behan is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Kasongo dives into side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Behan struggling a bit here. Kasongo just content to control the position. Behan tries to bench press Kasongo off him but Kasongo keeps the position. Kasongo wants to control but Behan is keeping him busy. Kasongo controlling from side mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. And that's the end of the fight! Luis Kasongo comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Behan has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
