Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ardjem Vamidov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brad Terkey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brad Terkey will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ardjem Vamidov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 1, fighting out of London, Brad Terkey! The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Paul Tew and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Terkey shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Vamidov sprawls well. Vamidov wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Terkey gets slowly back to his feet. Terkey connects with an inside leg kick. Vamidov has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Vamidov there as he acknowledges the shot. Terkey ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Vamidov moves away. Terkey misses with a takedown attempt - Vamidov sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Vamidov closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Vamidov lands in his opponent's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Vamidov stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Terkey swivels though and keeps the full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Vamidov trying to control but Terkey is working from the bottom. Terkey is trying to control the position but Vamidov postures up. Vamidov pushing down on Terkey's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Vamidov is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Terkey is just riding it out for now. Vamidov eventually gives up the hold. Vamidov content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Terkey is looking for a sweep. Vamidov is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Terkey moves into full guard.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Terkey gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Terkey keeping moving, preventing Vamidov from controlling successfully. Vamidov advances position into side control! Vamidov is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Terkey looks calm but he's in trouble here. Vamidov gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Terkey is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Vamidov lets go of the hold and Terkey can pop his arm back in it's socket.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Ardjem Vamidov!
