Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lloyd Mccarthy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Drake Mill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Drake Mill will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Lloyd Mccarthy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Drake Mill! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Gregory Folan and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mccarthy fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Mill moves in looking to clinch but Mccarthy pushes him off. Mccarthy shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Mill sprawls well. Mill wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Mccarthy gets slowly back to his feet. Mccarthy could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mccarthy fails with a takedown attempt from distance. It seemed like Mill was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lloyd Mccarthy. That's going to take a lot out of him. Mccarthy darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Mill has his hands clasped together around Mccarthy's back. He's all about the action.

Mill keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount. Mccarthy seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Mill does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Mill shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Mccarthy is trying to defend but Mill finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Mill takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Mccarthy closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Mill tries to get back to half guard but can't. Mill struggling a bit here. I wouldn't like to be where Mill is right now. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mill tries to buck Mccarthy off but Mccarthy is having none of it. The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Mccarthy darts in looking for a takedown but Mill gets double underhooks and turns Mccarthy into the cage. Mccarthy misses with a takedown attempt - Mill sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. A momentary lapse in concentration from Mccarthy enables Mill to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Mccarthy manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Mill stands up over Mccarthy, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Drake Mill has got the better of the ground game so far. Mill with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Mill looking to sit in guard and control but Mccarthy gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Mccarthy wants to stand but Mill is controlling his posture from full guard. Mill looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Mill trying to control the position here.

Mccarthy wants to control but Mill is keeping busy. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Mill really must keep his cool here. He's controlling one of Mccarthy's hands and whilst he does that, he's got a chance of escaping the position. Mccarthy has the hooks in. Mill is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Drake Mill showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Mccarthy's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
Mill drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Mill trying to control the position from guard on top but Mccarthy is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Mill postures up and lands a big shot to Mccarthy's brow. Mill has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Mill in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Mill looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Mccarthy with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Mill lands a nice short elbow. We've been informed that Mill has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Mill lands with a punch from half guard. Mccarthy makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Mccarthy. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Mccarthy keeping moving, preventing Mill from controlling successfully. The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Mill manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Mccarthy on his heels. He'll look to pass Mccarthy's guard now, I'm sure. Mccarthy has momentary wrist control but Mill slips an elbow through the middle. Mill lands a couple of elbows. Mill trying to control the position from guard on top but Mccarthy is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Mill connects with a couple of short punches. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! Drake Mill is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Mccarthy is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Mill defends well.
And that's the end of the fight! Drake Mill comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Mill has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
