Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Marjorie Dawes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charles RIck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
RIck tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Dawes defends well and RIck ends up having to push Dawes into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
RIck misses with a takedown attempt - Dawes sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
RIck shoots in looking for a takedown but Dawes manages to keep the fight standing, pushing RIck's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Marjorie Dawes has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Charles RIck.
Dawes is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in RIck's half guard.
RIck is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Dawes pulls his head out easily.
